What happens after you request a quote.

No black box. Here’s exactly what happens between your request and a confirmed program.

    Destination, dates, group size, hotel category, and any must-haves — through “Request a partner quote” or our contact form.

  2. We review internally

    We check feasibility, routing, season, and availability, and come back to you if anything needs clarifying.

  3. We prepare a tailored quote

    A clear proposal with inclusions and exclusions, hotel category options, and partner pricing for your group.

  4. We send the proposal by email

    You review it with your team. We refine it together until it fits — no pressure, no auto-generated booking funnel.

  5. On confirmation, we operate

    Once you approve, we run the program end to end on the ground, with a human contact from start to finish.

We confirm hotels to your group’s preferences after the order, not before — category and specific properties chosen with you. Length, pace, and inclusions are all adjustable per group, and nothing is committed until you approve the quote.
