Itinerary
Day by day.
Day 1
Arrival in Casablanca
Arrival at Casablanca, welcome and transfer to the hotel, with a welcome meeting with your guide and a traditional welcome dinner. Overnight in Casablanca.
Day 2
Casablanca to Dakhla
After breakfast, a panoramic tour of Casablanca (Place des Nations Unies and the old Medina) and a guided visit of the Hassan II Mosque, partly built over the sea (modest dress required). Transfer to the airport for the flight to Dakhla; arrival and check-in. Overnight in Dakhla.
Day 3
Dakhla: the White Dune
After breakfast, the famous White Dune — a sand dune rising in the middle of the lagoon amid lunar-like landscapes, with flamingos. Visit Asma Spring (a refreshing shower in warm sulfurous artesian water, ~38°C), lunch by the lagoon, and the ostrich farm. Dinner; overnight in Dakhla.
Day 4
Dakhla: Imlili & Porto Rico Beach
After breakfast, an excursion to Imlili (about 130 km) and Porto Rico Beach — a favourite of migratory birds, with unique rock formations and a deserted lighthouse. Lagoon-side lunch and a city tour of Dakhla. Dinner & overnight.
Day 5
Return to Casablanca
Early transfer to the airport for the flight to Casablanca; check-in and a free day to explore Casablanca at leisure. Overnight.
Day 6
Departure
Your journey ends after breakfast; additional nights in Casablanca can be pre-arranged on request.
